Reservations
Reservations are based on a first come first serve basis. We recommend that you reserve your linen rentals 6-8 months prior to your event date to ensure desired linen selection available , if you have less time please call and check availability.
Deposit required to reserve requested items .Deposit may vary from $50.00-$100.00 depending on Invoice Total. Please call our office 512.272.9494 for details. Deposit is refundable (2) weeks after date of event providing that there were NO damages or losses to the property of Unique Design & Events By Yara. Deposit will be forfeit if cancel occurs at any time.
Delivery & Pick-Up
Delivery $50.00 FEE - Flat Fee for Friday Deliveries ( 2pm-6pm ) (Local within 20 Mile Radius of our Office Location.)
Delivery $75.00 FEE- Flat FEE for Friday PM Deliveries ( 7pm-8pm ) (Local within 20 Mile Radius of our Office Location.)
Out of Local Area $0.90 per additional mile.
Please call to schedule Delivery at least (1) One week prior to event date.
Local Late Night Pick-Up after midnight $125.00 FEE
Local Day Pick-Up ( Monday A.M ) $50.00 FEE ( Local Austin Area )
You are also welcome to Pick-Up your rental items at our office on Friday between 2pm-4pm. Returns are Monday By Noon.
Installation of Rental Items & Break Down - Staff
Installation of rental items is available upon request and must be scheduled at least (30) days before date of event. Please call 512.272.9494 for quote .
